Especially, we focus on fillet products, processing popular fish such as (young) yellow tail, (adult) yellow tail and amberjack, and shipping to markets all over Japan. About product manufacture, we organize a structure of a quick and high-quality product procedure under the thoroughgoing safety measure of HACCP.
