In Morimatsu Seafood Processing and Freezing, Co., Ltd., our products are mainly consisted of fillet processed food, frozen products, and local goods. Especially, we focus on fillet products, processing popular fish such as (young) yellow tail, (adult) yellow tail and amberjack, and shipping to markets all over Japan. About product manufacture, we organize a structure of a quick and high-quality product procedure under the thoroughgoing safety measure of HACCP.
As in the recent tendency, the needs in fillet processing has increased; however, we established a processing with computer-controlled automate lines so that we can meet various demands from customers with best care. Therefore, under this strict management in terms of quality and freshness, we can finely accept such orders as order with different sizes of semi-dress, dress, or loin types.
As for wholesales, we had sold various products from domestic refrigerator-related makers from the beginning. And since July, 1998, as a new frozen food business, we have developed new products for roe and frozen shrimps and started selling all over the country.
In this city, Imabari-shi, where there is no public central market, what we have been attempting since the past is to buy local goods in general. We sell fish and shellfish caught from Setonai sea to the local as well as the whole country.
