RUMI JAPAN is a fishery company dealing in processed fish and seafood such as yellowtail fillet.

With the aim to cope with increasing processing volume at our plants from
year to year, our company introduced "the sea-water cooling sterilization
system," otherwise known as "the chiller system." The installation of this
system has resulted in increased mass production and lower energy
consumption. The system has enabled us to save on costs and improve
hygienic conditions.
