We have the answer with the very advanced approach about processing products such as fillets.
Our main products are now yellow tail fillet, amberjack fillet, and red sea bream fillet (skinless and eviscerated), and they take up more than 50 % of our sale amount.
We assume this increase depend on processing products as a result of a demand in the business, and intend to continuously make efforts on it. Also, we sell and process local fish and shellfishes caught up in the Imabari bay. Since we do not have any public market, we play a role of a central market and occupy a high share.
Because of the computer-controlled management processing line, we have no unevenness in terms of quality and product size.
Our cultured fish processing, the most productive business, is more effective than others in the same business by hour and is automated almost all of the process from stabbing fish to keep it fresh till packing products.
Because our products are processed through the most advanced line and computer, we have a reputation for our products being even in terms of quality and product size all year. With this system, for example, we have the capacity to produce enough to meet great demands in times like the end of the year. In fact, last year-end, we achieved 130,000 pieces a day with yellow tail only. From now on, we attempt to produce loin with complete asepticism and fabricating in order to meet demands.
