First of all, I have to explain the history of the area around our factory. Near the factory, a spinning plant was located which flourished as one of the main industry of Imabari from its establishment in 1934 till closure in 1986. After that, the Texport Imabari (sells Imabari towels and other products) was established in 1991, and along with the construction of a big shopping mall in 1997, roads around our factory were also constructed and the map became as it is now.
